 How do I get certified?
The process of getting yourself certified is
very simple. All you have to do is purchase
the All Star Trainers Personal Trainer
certification
for only $250.00. Go through the personal
trainer courseware (which could take you from 1 week
to a month depending upon your schedule) and take
the certification exam at your convenience.
You can take the exam within 1 year of buying the
certification. The result of the exam appears
as soon as it is completed, and your certificate
will be provided to you by your health club/training
facility. See club owner/manager.
What is the exam like?
The exam is based upon the CD ROM that is
provided along with the 7.0 version of Adobe Acrobat
Reader. If you have gone through the
courseware properly, you should not have a problem
passing the exam since everything is outlined for
you. The exam consists of multiple choice
questions from all chapters of the courseware.

Passing grade is 70%. A $50.00 fee for re-test

What does the courseware include?
The in-depth courseware includes information
and over 40 illustrations of exercises, including
stretching, cool-downs, fitness theory, exercise
programs and techniques, nutrition, weight loss
theory, sports injuries, first aid & CPR, including
several other important topics on marketing
techniques for personal trainers. This course
is more than sufficient to jump start your career as
a personal trainer.
